Actually, free advice does come often from 928 Int'l and I'm sure results in many lost sales. I don't know about the smile part though (hard to tell over the phone)
I'm just surprised Mark hasn't fired Jim's ass outta there a long time ago. Its cost him a fortune I'm sure to keep Jim around.
