I bought one from Ebay last year.
Originally I bought a really terrible one from here:

But ended up buying a $200 version made out of soft Italian leather that I really like. I will try to find the sellers email and pass it along.

Took me a while to find (even with the excellent directions) but they appear to be the same cheapo repro's as sierramadrecollection.com.

NLA's isn't bad (I have one), although the chain and end of it aren't "original". Someone else was making higher quality repros a year or two ago and had plugged them on the 356 Registry (you might do a search there), but I recall they were selling out the end of their inventory quite a while back.
