Ok sorry for the newb question, but I am coming from a BMW where there isn't even a temperature gauge anymore - the tachometer redline changes dynamically on the BMW depending on oil pressure and temperature.

Are there any guidelines on engine RPM depending on oil pressure and engine temp?
