I think this item is in the same bag as the no-cost optional halogen lights. As a way to start a car or light up the street, they suck in all directions, except one, and that is the fabulous weight saving.
The lightest RS would be: PCCB (minus 20 kg), delete clubsport (minus cca. 15 kg for roll cage and minus 5 kg for extinguisher), halogen lights (minus cca. 5 kg), li-ion batter (minus 10 kg), delete radio (minus cca. 2 kg), delete A/C (minus cca. 20 kg). I am guessing on the lights and roll cage.
The resulting weight saving that is possible through the factory options, many of them cost-free, is a very amazing 70 -80 kg, which is the weight of the regular driver!
The car would have a realistic kerb weight of 1320 kg because we have established before that the actual weight is about 40 or 50 kg above the official weight.
