It is. I'm expecting 5% or even more if it's not a 1 year run.

Just ask the guys who paid crazy ADM's on 3RS's when they came out -- a few were paying $100k over sticker at the time. Now those cars can be bought for under MSRP. Ouch! At least the salesman got his son's college tuition paid for and a fat bonus.

Every dealership I know has a cap on commission. Owners make bank, employees only do well on volume.

This car will depreciate 10% after first year production run, it’s not limited like 981 Spyder. Porsche gonna pump out as many as they can sell for 3 years. Well, if you have lots of money to waste, why not.

981 wasn't limited either, they just have a relative low # of production due to also low demand, I believe it could be had for MSRP or less back then.

I think your ADM needs to be "on the house"

Don't pay it the car is not worth that kind of money. You will get one if your patient and call around. This is not a one year run. I passed on an MSRP allocation and I am sure I'm not the only one. The demand this time around will not match that of the 981, there are more options available to buyers now.
