be optimistic. But if the T has had lizard since inception then I'd be a bit worried we still
won't see it.
Thanks for pointing this out to us. I hadn't known they were offering this interior combo
in the Cayman T:

And you are right...they are offering this interior but not yet it's matching exterior in 'Lizard Green'.
Hope others with some knowledge as to the rationale of both of these interior offerings in 'Lizard
Green' can shed some light on the subject!

sense to offer this special color given that Lava Orange and Carmine Red are not available on
the GT4 but they are on the rest of the 718 lineup...they need to improve the color options a bit
more since PTS will not be available in the first year run.
I am keeping my fingers crossed. But I have always loved 'Gelbgrün' & would pick this body-double
'Lizard Green' for my exterior color on the Spyder in a New York second! As many of you know, I have
been very disappointed & critical with the manner in which PAG has operated its PTS program in the
past few years that I would rather pick a 'Special Color' that is readily available and not have to go
through the hefty expense & 'hoops' of the PTS program as it's now run.

Gelbgrun was my PTS choice on the 981 GT4, epic color...unfortunately my build slot missed PTS window by a couple of weeks!!!!!
PTS new pricing is a joke! Add the pain and suffering involved in ordering a PTS car and I'm not too inclined to order PTS this time.
I was about to do a white GT4 but since I want PDK have time to wait to see if anything new will be offered next year.

Why is Porsche‘s PTS program so seemingly antiquated. While I’m no fan of Nike, their interactive customization platform is pretty impressive. Admittedly, sneaker production is a far cry from vehicle production but we are talking about paint here.

Why can’t Porsche offer 50 or so approved custom colors and let their customers select them online. At over $10k for PTS, Porsche must be making a nice profit on its PTS program, Why not promote it and get more takers. Having an assortment of approved PTS colors that could be selected online would probably result in more customers opting for a PTS raising the average sticker price and improving the bottom line.

Now stop it right there! You are trying to use
logic & common sense. PAG hasn't apply any
of those two factors to their PTS program in
years. And apparently they are not inclined
to make any improvements to their system
in the near term. It's stupid. It's loosing them
clients. Yet...they don't give two figs. So we
all have a choice to make. Put up with it or
look for an alternative. I am putting up with
it with the Spyder allocation that I have been
in a wait list since 2017. But in the longer term,
I also voted with my feet by purchasing another
European automotive marque that offers both
PTS & LTS on demand. If you want it, you order
it, you pay for it & you get it. No drama. It's that
simple.

Thanks Eduardo. I would take lizard in a second. Love it.
The other thing that is confusing was MB being shown as unavailable after 5/20 on the German configuration seen on the "build summary page". That note is no longer present.
Please offer it Porsche . Otherwise I am going white .

Depending what slot you are in at your dealer, you should be able to lock in something by then

No kidding, Eduardo. PAG arrogance for the past few years has been increasing.

They are in danger of 'jumping the shark', as the old saying goes. Too bad for all of us, and the many customers they've already lost.

Good to see you back!

The flooring looks consistent with the LA show.` If so it must be a Photoshop but I'm curious?

It's actually just a poorly taken picture. This is what I could find from the show on google (note: same gray wheels / red calipers).

i love the GT silver with red roof combination........but subsequently do you have to have red leather dash etc if you spec the red roof?
on the configurator it seemed to insist a black interior is not possible with a red roof!

Correct, you are only allowed to spec RED roof if you select the classic RED interior. However, once you select the RED classic interior, you will have both option roof colors available, either RED or BLACK.
