What seats are everyone getting and why?

I have a bad back and know when a seat is uncomfortable to me. I have the 2-way in my current 981 CGTS, and am ordering them in my new GTS 4.0. 18 way is overkill IMO, and just something else to go wrong, plus they are heavy. I can find the perfect setting using the manual controls, and relieve my back pain by varying the backrest, which is power. I have 14 way in my Cayenne, and I'm always trying to find the "right" setting, which seems to be elusive.

I enjoy optimism. My wife has firmly stated that she will never take a road trip in the GT4 again. I suspect that means anything more than an hour.

Had the LWBS in our Gen 1 Spyder and loved them. We found the upright seating perfect and the bolstering/comfort to be exceptional -- and of course they look great! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who can proportionally sit in them -- of course there are some body types that just won't work. While most of our drives were weekend casual 6 hour PCA events; we did a 2700 mile cross country and some 700 mile days ending the day refreshed.
With all that being said, we're going 18-ways this time around. The entry/exit is fine most of the time; however if you have a small injury or soreness it may prevent seat use. Of course having friends/family drag across the bolsters is cringe worthy. Heart wanted the LWBS, but head said otherwise --- especially as we age.
Went full leather/deviated on the seat-back for aesthetic reasons.

Regarding the bolded, when someone askes for a ride I shudder at this prospect!

The best things in life are to be shared, well OK that may be a little over the top but... my wife has arthritis in both hips and when it came to choosing the seats for my Spyder she said that it was my car, my choice and she would work it out. Three months now and she loves the car and yes even the seats, she climbs into the right side better then even I can and has never once complained, she recently told me she misses the manual (she has a Macan S) and wants to drive the Spyder, I guess it is my turn to share?

I'm planning to pick up my GT4 at PECATL in 2021 and drive back to Jacksonville, FL. I would like to know how many track wrap rolls did you buy and what sizes?
Thanks!

FWIW, of the current count of 82 GT4s built for the 2021 model year for the US, there are 39 with 18 ways, 37 with buckets, and 6 with the standard seats.
(edited to add model year and US)

One 40ft roll of 12" and we had a good amount left over. We covered the front bumper, one strip up the hood, the side skirts, and the area of the bumper behind the rear wheel. We didn't do a perfect job, but even if we had done as good as possible, I don't think we would have finished the roll. Let me know if you have any questions about PECATL delivery--we had a great experience!

It started as an exercise to track Python Green cars for my own self interest, but realized there i can sort other items as well, and seats was one of them.
Also, I've only done a spreadsheet for GT4s for 2021. It's very labor intensive, but now that I have the first 83 in, it should be fairly easy to stay on top of it.
