Just bought a set of winter wheels/tires from TireRack:
4x OZ Leggera HLT (2x 8.5x20 ET 55, and 2x 11x20 ET 50)
And 4x Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 (2x 295/30R20, 2x 245/35 R20).
Install is next Tuesday.
Will be working from home most of the winter so I don't expect to "use" them that much, but since the GT4 is my only car and I live in Cleveland, I need to be able to drive it when required. I already noticed how little grip I have on a 50*F, wet day last week. One slightly bigger throttle application and I immediately broke the rear loose with some sideways action before TC kicked in and stopped me. These should let me drive throughout winter, and even through a low amount of snow if required.
For reference, I drove a 718 Cayman 2.0T 3 years through Cleveland winters without issue, so other than ground clearance I'm well aware of how these handle.

Yea it's 3 years gone now - and the 6MT in that was pretty average (I was on a stage 1 tune, and on my 2nd clutch / flywheel at 30k miles). It was also black... and I want nothing more to do with a black car.

I'm not going for weight savings - they are to be used for the winter (and cheaper overall than the Porsche set)

Has anyone mounted a GoPro on a Spyder? Looking for suggestions on a mounting location and device. Tow-hook mount? Suction mount on windscreen or side window? Clamped to safety bar?

Unfortunately the new TPMS are not cooperating and not being detected by the car. I'm going to give it a day or 2 of trying to reset it and then phone TireRack to see if they can give me replacement sensors.

Vehicle listed is a '16 Cayman GT4 (because that's what I had to select to get correct wheel packages).
Everything I read says these should still mate up just fine....
