They then confirmed there is no "kit" for the campaign that includes all the bolts, nuts, fasteners that need to be replaced so I would have to let them pull it apart and potentially have them order parts that they didn't otherwise have on hand. Under that scenario, the car could be at the dealership for a couple weeks. I'm still waiting to hear back from the dealership but we are tentatively looking to get it in the shop at the end of May. Just curious what others experience has been.
During a PCA event at the dealership a few weeks back I talked to my SA about the stop sales. He indicated that the only car at the dealership affected was a Taycan Turbo S under the suspension recall; which was just completed.

He said the biggest wait time was PAG recall fix instructions. After that it was a nut and bolt under proper torque and pretty quick -- according to him anyway.

Probably not much help...

I found out my GT4 was added to the suspension recall in June - mine was an Oct'20 build - I had done 3 de's with it already lol, today I was told there was no ETA on getting the parts from Germany, so I now have a GT car that I can't drive at the track, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I'm seriously disappointed with this Porsche (for several reasons, not just this). Has anyone had this recall fixed? How serious is this issue? Just curious if others are finding this as frustrating as I am.

How did you find this out? Is there an update TSB or similar?

I looked it up on the Porsche Recall page - typing in my vin#, they say letters were mailed out, but i never got one, it's recall AMA3

Nice knowing I was doing 140+ with some suspension connecting issues

I had the recall addressed. They had to order some parts, but once I brought it in, I had it back before the end of the day. This recall effects multiple models, not just the 718/GT4, and if I read it correctly, the risk is over 20k km. You can read more about it here:

Still no ETA on the connectors for the suspension recall, I.ve been waiting since June and have 3 DE's planned starting in October, honestly I am extremely disappointed with this purchase experience. Blowing black smoke out the tailpipe(they say it's normal), suspension issues which prevent me from doing track events and others having con-rods issues. I bought the car for track events, it sits in the garage on a battery tender. Not happy with my dream car

Living in consumer friendly Massachusetts, our lemon laws kick in with 3 repair attempts or if the car is out of service for 15 business days, doesn’t require consecutive in the 1st yr of ownership. I’m surprised Porsche isn’t more aggressive with buybacks. I bought a ‘14 GT3 in ‘15 that was one of the 1st 800 991.1s and all were recalled & owner given option to either wait for a new engine or they bought it back for full cost. Mine was a buyback w/1k miles a new engine & a full 10 yr engine warranty and I paid significantly less than msrp. The good old days!

Why can’t you drive the car? The recall says Porsche did tests under the highest load and that a minimum of 20,000 km before a problem might arise.

Pretty much the same law in Florida - however there have been no repair attempts - just waiting on parts

I drive the car around some - however it was mainly bought for Driving events and I don't feel good about doing 150mph with compromised parts, neither the dealership or Porsche of North America says it's ok to do a high speed driving event. 3+ months to get connectors is crazy plus still nothing in sight per Porsche
