I bought a thin walled 14mm spark plug socket from Hazet specifically to do the plugs on my GT3. I bet it would work.

I am pretty sure this would be too thick to fit. I have tried a supposedly thin 12 point today and at 18,6 it's still too thick.

Thank you! Although I'm in EU, this socket can be bought from Amazon.com reasonably. If the one advertised as 17,7 mm isn't actually 17,7, I will give this one a try. Spark plug job doesn't seem to be as easy as it used to be. :-)
