Default GT4RS Break-In Warning

When I start my brand new (200 miles) GT4RS, there's a blue message on the right screen saying something like "observe run-in procedures". I've never seen a message like that on any other GT car It quickly disappears and the blue engine warm up symbol like the one on the GT3 appears. For you guys who have had GT4RS's longer, how many miles before the message disappears?

You could've just ignored it but instead chose to type out more than the answer would've been. Good job forum cop.

Found break in discussions. Curious when the break in warning messages disappears. Couldn't find a thread about the actual message.

Be sure to toss a quart of oil in the trunk, you might need to add it before the break in period is up bc they are known to consume oil during the break in period….I had to add 0.8 quart just under 700 miles.

It’s been extensively debated previously. It will last exactly 932mil/1500km. All 992 GT3 have same warning. After that, redline at will, even though the U.S. manual supposedly states otherwise as there’s no difference between a U.S. and other market car, except the US don’t have GP filters in the exhaust those lucky bastards😆
