How are the SC3's or AD09's in the wet? I'm in So Cal and looking for a tire to daily and autocross. I have a second set of wheels for the track, so no track.

AD09 are pretty good in the wet, way better than Cup 2's
The old AD08 that they replaced were excellent wet weather tyres and Yokohama claim that the AD09 are better again. Perhaps not the best wet weather ROAD tyres, but top tier track wets.

I think most 200 TW tires are good in the wet, if you drive to the conditions. Now standing water, that is another story all together, all 200 TW tires are compromised when it comes to hydroplaning resistance, as that is not their goal in life.
However, as I stated above, if you drive to the conditions, both the SC3 and AD09's are just fine in the wet.
When the roads are just wet, I will just limit the lateral load I put on the tires in the corners, when it is raining or pouring out, even at full tread depth, I will not go over 65-70 MPH. You also have to know your local roads and how well they channel water away from the surface. Here in the Bay Area, most of the freeways have the grooves in them to keep standing water at a minimum.

Bridgestone's website is showing the RE71RS available in 265/35r19 as well.

I have been running the AD09 on stock wheels for 3 track days now and I am very impressed. They provide excellent steering precision and the break away in a predictable manner. They do need about a lap to get heat into them but after that they are very consistent throughout a 25min session assuming that you keep the hot pressure around 33-34 PSI, above that they start to get greasy. Talking to my local tech that that works mainly on Porsche and BMW track cars it seems like people are getting about 45 heat cycles out of these with lots of tread still left which I would be more than happy with.

In theory it could, but not really in practice. Tire rack heat cycles tires with a roller setup. A road force balancer can also compress the tire carcass with a roller, but not long enough to add any real heat.

Apparently Goodyear is now making an SC3 RS, to counter the Michelin Cup 2R:
