Talking 944 V8 Conversion Manual?

Hey guys I was wondering if someone has a 944 v8 Conversion manual they would be willing to sell? I ordered one through Greg but we all can guess how that went since I have no manual and $50 less in my pocket.

If someone has one they are willing to sell please hit me up, thanks a lot.

I don't know about a manual but I'm at the tail end of the build on a 968 and maybe can fill in some blanks.

Most all of the information in the manual is in the wiki on the site. The manual is great. I have one and it is a time saver but you could make your own. I had started making my own by printing relevant posts and organizing into systems. That may be your only option now that he completely taken his site down. I hope he comes back, he contributed a lot to the conversion community.

I hate to say it but someone should just PDF the manual and email it out to people who want it.

Keep in mind that the manual is copywritten.

I'm just sayin', he might come out of hibernation over that. If he did at least we would know he is still alive.

Although I wouldn't waste my time, I personally could care less. He's being sued for defrauding a bunch of people anyway. Alot of my designs are in that manual and some of them have the wrong dimensions. Even the uprights are not correct in the version I have. I've penned them in so I can feel good about selling it off with a basic install kit, with uprights for AC clearance LOL.

He should come out of hibernation to bitch about that only if he's refunded everyone and/or delivered the ordered products.

So are the factory workshop manuals, but everyone seems to have a copy of those on pdf as well.

I would be one of the defraudee's, if that is a word. It has killed my budget to have to buy some of the big ticket items twice. I have not had any problems from any other vendor Xschop, TPC or any other memeber on the site. It has been quite disappointing.
