Default Targa Bar 3.2 Factory Specs - was it ever painted?
Was the targa bar ever painted the body color, or was it always black or silver on a 3.2?

No , always black as far back as 1979, 1978 and back silver metallic or unpainted , by my recollection , Bert

Never painted. Black was standard finish from 1980-1994, thru 1979 they could have bright trim.
