Default Noise coming from passenger side when in 3rd and accelerating?

Ive start noticing a sound or noise that is somewhat familiar (i think i heard it on my old father car or so) and it’s a gurgling? Crackling? Vinrating? noise that happens only when im shifting to 3rd or 4th gear when im pushing the throttle or when im releasing the throttle

the noise it’s not concerning as it is also temporary and it is definitely not coming from the rear engine compartment

it reminds me of a vibration like on my motorcycle when im trying to accelerate and I havent reached enough rpm

i wish i had some audio but i try next time to record it.

in the meantime if anyone can tell me whats on the right side it would satisfy my curiosity
