Yes, the test station near CT Automotove is a test only place. They treated me very well and know their stuff. Here's their info: Accurate Smog Ctr

I bet they changed the muffler bearings too.

O2 sensors are not adjustable. It is either good or bad. Replacement is the only option if it is bad.

Fuel additives do nothing to help smog numbers.
It seems to me they don't know what they are doing. I suggest finding another shop.

Post ALL the numbers from your test report. The cause of high NOx is different from the cause of hich HC. Nobody here can help you if you don't give us the numbers.
