Hello guys,

Bought a 996 c2 3 years ago, just checking in!

Oh, and quick question: do I need a paid membership to list ads? (looked for rules, sticked thread and didn't find anything about it. All I know is that I can't figure out how to post an ad.)

Here is a pic of my P-Car and my gf's m-coupe

HAHAH

Don't get me wrong, I agree with you, I much rather have an air cooled specimen.. One day I will have a 993, but being a college student, the 996 was all I could afford..

Hummm, 3 years ago you could easily buy a 993 for what 996's were going for.

Nevertheless, Welcome to Rennlist!

Welcome to the forum.
Nice pair in the stable.
We won't give you too much grief, even though your car requires a fourth liquid, LOL.

I loved my Arena Red and Cashmere 993 coupe: most beautiful car ever built. If I was Leno or Seinfeld, I'd have kept it when I bought my 2005 996 Turbo S. If I had to give ithe 993 away now to keep my 996, I would. These cars are much maligned for no fault of their own, other than being the first water-cooled 911s. Time will show that to be true.
