79 3 liter help
A friend of mine has a 73 911 that he is in the process of having restored. He pulled the original motor in exchange for a 79 3 liter. I told him I would post his questions to see if anyone in this community has answers for him.
1. Was there more than one 3 liter motor in 79?
2. The mechanic needs specs on the intake valve lift @tdc w/valve clearance of 0.1mm...he need to know the aforementioned and the desired adj. value.
I figure some one might have the workbook for this engine.
