I have found some 16x7/8 fuch wheels off of a 944 turbo near me. I was wondering what was needed to make these fit on my 78 911SC? I am looking at charts and see the offset significantly different. Do I need large spacers for this fitment? Thanks in advance!

Nothing, they fit. But basically they look like a 911 6 + 7 when on the car. If you want to space them out, it's the whole studs and spacers thing. So easier to find some 8s or 9s for the rear, and put your existing 7s up front.
