I know this is really a track car. I know that it's "old". I know there are better (more modern) ways of making big HP and also controlling it, but does anyone else think that the "Buy Now" price of $87,500 is not too crazy? I'm starting to look at the available equity in my house! I wonder if my kids Porsche car seats could be harnessed in the back? Seriously, I'd only be able to keep this car for fifteen minutes and then wifey's divorce attorney would have it confiscated and sold off for pennies on the dollar...

For that price I feel I could actually drive. I wonder what an engine overhaul would cost. When I did the Jerry Woods engine rebuilding class he said after a race they stripped the motor down and replaced everything. Oh to be sponsored.
Here is a link to a real one for sale. I believe it's in the mid $200K

No intercooler?

I love the look of the cars, which I'd probably try to duplicate, but wouldn't a good 930 converted to look like a 934 with a solid EFI engine in it be a better option?

You can take it to the track, looks retro-cool with it, and have some more modern tech in the car.

I do like the car though, definitely a good looking car.

Yea a lookie like with the EFi would be cool....

I think that $87,500 is not bad for that horizontal fan!

I'd hate to see the engine rebuild numbers for that bad boy!

I'm thinking it's a water cooled intercooler. You can see the small tank in the back seating area.

The car with a late model 930 engine and EFI would be huge,

Nothing is better than that flat fan look and noise!! I emailed the guy and he said that it was actually built as a street car by the Aasse Bros. in the 80's and does not have any race history. Sweet weekend cruiser
