I'm trying to put my newly painted car in my profile picture but it won't take even though it's only 90 KB. Amy ideas?

When editing your profile picture, it states the size of the picture can only be 300 X 100 pixels or 97.7 kb in size. When uploading, the picture must be just a little bit larger than 97.7 kb.
