Petrol Blue is one of the all time great Porsche colors. My first Porsche was a Petrol Blue 911 SC.
GLWS.

Nice car! GLWS. If I were further along (like done) with my divorce, it would be in my garage next week!

that would be a good deal. good luck wit he sale.
i have a 79 petrol blue 930 also. do you happen to have the original petrol blue rear valance that would still have the single out set up for the exhaust and if so would you be willing to sell it? i have a dual out exhaust and the panel was cut to accomodate it, and i want to go back to a single out set up.

Greg, sorry about the divorce.

3.6, sorry i want to keep all the OE body parts together so whoever buys the car car put it back to stock, or sell it off and make some $$$

Do you guys think i am close on price? I know its going to take awhile to find the right buyer so i don't want to give it away. I added everything up that i have in the car and i almost threw up...not that i regret anything but if i could go back in time i would of found a car that had everything done to it already...

for a data point: 2 months ago i purchased a 79 39k 930. orig excellent paint, stock. engine was feshened up ~12k miles ago w/ raceware studs, 964 cams, k27, bb headers w/ dual out for similar money as you are asking. what i found in my 2 yr was stock early 930s in excellent shape were starting to comand a premium over modified cars. going back to your question are you in the ball park, i would say close, but as you point you may have to wait to find the right buyer.

Don't know if this is comparable, but I bought a second '79 Turbo in December'09.

2 owner
27k miles

Sport seats
LTD slip
Heated mirrors
sunroof

window sticker
all records
Original paint
No excuses (flawless)

$40k

Hope this helps, good luck with your sale !
