Zuffenhaus 935 K3 Build for Fünf Gruppen
Well the shop in Cali pretty much screwed my entire build over - so its a good thing we're redoing it anyways.
For starters the roof was only tacked on every 7 inches after the drip rail delete...could have been bad with no cage installed.
But the good guys at Zuffenhaus are taking it to a whole new level:
Motor:
Retune 3.8tt with MOTEC
Install dual CDI boxes with sequential spark
Install ITB's
Fab & Install 935 headers
Rebuild Turbos
Fab & Install 935 Wastegates (modern 46 mm tials)
Relocate turbos to rear of car, oiling system etc
Body:
Rear K3 quarter panels
Rear K3 window overlay
Rear K3 tail
K3 wing
Custom K3 side/rocker panels to match Jagermeister car with straight rockers
Composite/Carbon fiber 993 Evo doors with 935 mirrors
Lexan rear window
Lexan quarter windows
Lexan door windows
Full Cage
Install tartan plaid lollipop seat from Vasek Polak
Replace roof with non-sunroof
Tube frame rear of car
Suspension:
Install 800 lbs rear springs
Reindex ride height

Here you can see the ducting for part of the intake that will carry air to the plenum we will build over the intercooler to force air through it not around it. It will seal to the body being fed by 5" duct from the top of each rear quarter panel then the fan will suck air through it as well to prevent stall.

The interior will stay with raw carbon doors, that part I really like, but I have to source doors with perfect outlay of the carbon as the way they are now bugs me to no end.
