Yeah, agree.... glad he and his family are ok though obviously a major bummer about his home, cars, etc. Glad to see the 930 community pitching in to help.

Hey all,

There is now a link in place to allow for donations to help mark Houghton out with his horrible situation.

Just pop over to the Pelican site in the 930 turbo forum, and you will see the thread & accompanying link. Lots of info on the man, and more in depth insight on his plight.

Every dollar will help the cause...he'd do it for you, if the shoe was on the other foot!

In as well. Mark and Turtle gave me a lot of sound advice when diagnosing a boost issue. He was selfless with his time and advice. Giving back is a small gesture.

Allrighty then...finally starting to get a little traction on this over here!

You guys have a long way to go to catch up with the Pelicanites, don't let yourself be outdone on this , afterall this is a very compassionate, kind, meaningful jesture being made here.

Most of use 930 owners have a comfortable life/income, and when was the last time you spent $100 on a crappy steak dinner. I would venture to say that most of us are also getting a tax return shortly as well, and you already didn't miss that money. So come on, this is a far better use of your discretionary money!!

Let's all get Mark Houghton back into a 930, so he can enjoy his soon to be retirement!!!!!

Hey guys-

And I don't get over 'here' too often, but 2nd'ing Mark Fullquack that it is REALLY GREAT to see this building some momentum here!

We're up to $6,840 in FOUR DAYS!

I think this speaks volumes to our community of owners. A special breed we are. And I think making this happen to a friend in need speaks volumes to who we all are as men.

Keep up the good work gents! As far as the information you need, thanks for asking... the campaign link is:

The post has been stickied to the Pelican 911 & 930 forums:

Mark's 930-a-thon! *please read / please HELP*

And the original story began here:

Disaster strikes, I'm finished (GRAFFIC!!)

Let's get this done for Mark gents!

Chuck... just wow - truly amazing!!!
