Never mind, can't figure out how to get the sound to play and or what type of file type I should use.

Well hey, I can see she's running and sounds pretty darn quiet to me! Nice tune job!

Sound files I can't help you with, but a simple video with sound should be a slam dunk. Try downloading the video to YouTube or your favorite site, and simply providing the link.

It's a tick tick ticking sound TT, and Mark it was a .mov file and every other type of .file I could save via Photoshop. Nothing would load except the .jpg file. Thus the still photo. I did not change the oil this winter and the consensus at Hershey, PA yesterday was the oil was breaking down after 30 miles or so and the valves/rockers were ticking.

I drove the car to work, approximately 32 miles. At around mile 30, only on deceleration the ticking noise came on. Took it easy for the last few miles. It sat for 10 hours, started it up, sound great. Drove it home, no lose in power. Pulled into my home town, got on it a bit for a hard pass, then in the deceleration of the car, the ticking came back. Limped it home. The oil level was to the top of its mark, so that wasn't the problem. I have heard this before when it was ran low on oil for a few miles.

So next order of business is an oil change. The only question do I need or should I get a valve job?

Also, any suggestions on oil type and viscosity? I have been using Quaker State 20-50, non synthetic.

That's the perfect oil for that car. I use Valvoline 20-50 but it's basically the same.

I had a tick tick sound prior to my rebuild. Turned out it was an exhaust leak.

Thanks for your replies. Starting tonight, I'm pulling the intercooler, intake box and hopefully all the air-conditioning components. This is in preparation for the oil change, valve job, and miner tune up I'm starting on Saturday. More to come as I try all this for the first time.
