Default Potential barn find

I was looking at some warehouse space today and in the corner was an old dusty Porsche...
Turns out it's a 1969 912. I poked around in it a little. It appears to be complete and all original. Owned by the original owner, who parked it there 20 years ago. Under the dust, it appeared to be bright blue, with black interior. It rolls back and forth without weird noises...
Anyone know what it might be worth? Anyone in Florida want to partner in it for a restoration?

PICS MAN PICS!! Miles, rust, engine condition this will dictate the value. Could be $5k could be $30k depending. I'd jump on it in a minute if it was closer.

Yeah, 'warehouse' find doesn't have the same ring to it.....

If it sat for 20 years it's probably not too bad, but you never know -- the motor will need some refreshing but if the environment was sealed well and it went in there without rust, it's probably looking pretty nice for a 40 year old car. Pics and full inspection are necessary.

The rubber seals are probably a good indication of its initial storage condition.
