Off beat, but I do own a 914...

If anyone can lead me to a used Hurst shifter for my 1978 Bus, please send me a PM.

Also, for the VW Bus gurus out there.....

Would an early 914 steering wheel fit on this bus?? The enormous bus wheel is getting on my nerves lately and I have a 914 steering wheel available to swap it out with if it fits.

I might have that shifter...I will look when I get home.....I know I have a Hurst 411 shifter.

I looked and did not find it....I have two that fit the 411 or 412 . i think they may work but they are a little short
