Man, it's been forever since I was on here. Checking in to express my total stockedness for The Fest this weekend! See you all there at the new and improved Nelson Ledges.

About 10 years ago I drove hundreds of miles and countless hours driving to the Fest in a far away land in Ohio. After the days festivities, we all sat around a campfire drinking various beverages of varying fermented content.
Then the most amazing thing happened. I asked the question "How many of you here own a Porsche?" Almost everyone there said "I do!" What an amazing coincidence! I mean, what are the odds of that happening amongst a group of strangers at night in a tiny town in Ohio? That's never happened to me since. I even tried it at the Burger King tonight at dinner, and not one person said yes. I was the only one.
Many magical things can happen at the Fest.

Holy smokes, guys! I'm counting 44 944 variants signed up for the Nelson ledges Track event! Very cool Wow!! (That's a LOT!)

About a two-hour drive from here. Unfortunately I am scheduled to work Friday. I might be able to get the day off. Going to know more tomorrow. I would only be able to stay until about 8 or 9 as I would have to work Saturday morning. Sounds like a great time for my 1988 924s

How Far is the Drive from NL to PITT? I am bringing my track car in a trailer but TECHNICALLY it has plates on it.. Just wondering how Rough of a ride it would be to goto PITT on 800LB springs and no AC, ECT... I can toss a muffler on the car e-z and street tires.... Otherwise its the truck OR bum a Shotgun seat :-)
