OT Help with e-mail

I am trying to set up outlook express so I can read my e-mail but I have no idea how i find out what my POP3 or SMTP server is ?
Can anyone help?

Who is your ISP? Do they have a support number you can call and ask?

they have a help line but is closed until morning. Was hoping to get it done tonight.

Who is your ISP? What is your email address after the '@'?

Do they have a website? those kinda things are probably there. FWIW, I believe the most used are smtp.yourserver.com and pop3.yourserver.com, might as well give those a try.
