So......, who won the DE....?
If Ed Baus didn't win it, he had to be close! He was running 1:08s in this beast. Wish I had a video of this car on track, I can't put the glorious sounds its made into words. The way that flat six echoed off the trees going into the carousel was like nothing I have heard in my life and I have attended just about every form of racing at some point or another.

I can't remember what the title of the trophy was, but it was well deserved. Love to see people pushing limits and creating their own vision.

Good to see old friends and meet new ones. Lots of cool cars on and off track.

The Viper wins the "best noise" award in my book. But, yes - great sounds from that one... ^

Too bad the, "That Guy" award had already been given out. This guy, and his (hot dog cooking) buddy could have been in contention.

My computer desk for the weekend. Rennlist on Saturday and F1 on Sunday...

How was the condition of the track? It was pretty horrid when I was there in 2007.

Actually Was Pretty Nice! Not Sure when but it was re-paved I think 2016? maybe?? Some bumps in the Kink but as long as you knew they were there. Not an issue.. . They also Installed New Curbing, that was new this year... NOT Rumble Curbing (FIA) like WGI... Around Oak Tree you could put your inside wheels on it and still hold it wide open...

Scott, or Dan, One of the Listers here reached out to me and they have A Trans Case they would be willing to give to the Guys who cracked his. The trouble is, I don't have his E-mail. PM Me and maybe he can get his Primary Trans Rebuilt..

Not sure who you are referring to. But it could have been Skip Wolfe. Pretty sure that's his "name" here too.

Seriously, I need an excuse to come back to Ohio. It has been awhile since I have been in the Cleveland area. Maybe next year...and maybe I will bring the 968.
