Scammer Warning - Welby Pena
Welby R. Pena of Miami, FL bought a set of 968 door handles from me then charged back his credit card. Admitted to it via text: "what are you going to do about it?"

Lots of text messages from him admitting to the theft, almost daring me to do something about it while denying it publicly. Be careful out there gents, not everyone plays by the rules!

You can try to fight it, but it's a crap shoot. CC companies don't have any real incentive to do the right thing.
This Welby Pena is a piece of work. Posting a denial on the Facebook 944 buy/sell parts group that he even bought the door handles while simultaneously texting me that I can't do anything about it. I guess we'll see if I can or not.
