Cup II wheel replica's by whom?
To differentiate Cup I's from Cup II's.
https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...eel-types.html
Porsche oem are made in Italy by Mille Miglia who also has also made OEM without the number.
A manufacturer Jara (Lithuania) makes INSANE Cup II replica's.
There are other manufacturers: https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...ca-wheels.html
Porsche wheels will usually have the width and offset next to the valve stem.
Could it possibly be these?

Yep- I agree they are definitely "cup-style", but what i can zero in on is the 5 bolt groupings- When searching Google I see 2 piece replicas with bolts all the way around, but none quite like this. It is a 2 piece, though- not just styled that way. Also the "Made in the USA" narrows this down.

they sort of look like 993 Targa wheels, but if made in the USA maybe Kinesis if they are true 3 piece wheels

As far as I can tell they are two pieces- the center hub and an outer rim. I do note that they have a marking “SAC”. No other distinguishing marks that I can see.
