Where have all the cool parts gone?

How do you like the GTS spoiler? Do you have any more pics of your car?
More than anything else, euro bumpers really improve the car's lines. Of all the mods I've done, it's definitely my favorite.
With my POS project car I've already got a manual rack I'll be installing as I didn't want the hassle of refurbing the old power rack and then waiting for it to leak. I'm thinking about Euro bumpers for sure. Sport seats would be great but I already have recovered standard seats to install. I'm not to keen on obvious aftermarket mods though

I think we are near the tipping point. My first na years ago just lost value the entire time I had it. My 39k mile turbo was bought for less than the na. Lots of cars parted out. Now prices are rising and stock cars are worth a premium. Just bought an 86 turbo that needs work and a nice 968 and yeah the cool parts are much harder to find. The guys that built stuff aftermarket are getting older, retiring. New stuff isn’t always the same quality.

Yes, I really like it. A surprise benefit is the hatch is lighter with the GTS spoiler vs the stock spoiler and is easier to operate. My painter fitted it and like any fibreglass parts it need a bit of finessing. my painter cut some rain channels into it like the stock spoiler.

Thanks
The pegasus stickers are from sierra madre. Yes, the door bump strips were removed. The rear valence is OEM, not sure if it was a Turbo or S2 donor. They came from Japan by yahoo auction. I would love to have them in CF. The AIR rear spoiler too.

I was watching a Youtube channel called Rebuild Rex. He has various videos of his crew repairing Spec Miata race damage.
Spotted this in the background.
He does have a 944 Spec build.

For me, the low option cars always get me the most excited. I see a non sunroof, rear wiper delete car with a raised hub steering wheel, and sport seats, and I wonder if it's an M456 car or if it was special ordered by and enthusiast that wanted the lighter car with less options.
In regards to the manual mirrors, sunroof latches, manual windows, etc, I think the parts are just getting harder and harder to find. As these cars age, the parts become more and more scarce because more and more are off the road rotting away or being scrapped by uneducated owners.
