Default What hub for early 944 momo wheel

I have perchanced a momo steering wheel for my car, and now I need an adapter hub to mount it. Pelican says that the momo 8010 fits my car, but when I look for that part number on the Momo site it says it is for a vw. I'm pretty sure it will be fine, but I wanted some confirmation that the 8010 will actually fit on my car. Has anyone purchased this adapter?

8010 is the correct hub for an early car. Yes, the same hub fits early VWs. I had a Scirocco wheel on a parts 944 to move it around.

i had an 84 jetta wheel on my car for a while.

the 944 uses an 11/16"-40spline steering column. this was also used on some years of Super Beetle as well as VW Rabbit/Golf MK1.
