I was in the same boat with some AC hoses a few years ago. What I ended up doing was cutting the old hoses off, getting the fittings replated, then reassembling with new hose. Any hydraulic hose shop can reassemble it for you.

Fittings are not an issue, the hose and thermal forming of it is . Fittings are Cohline 7010.

You may have to sacrifice your desire for OEM given the age of these cars and the limited availability, NLA of some/many OEM parts. I converted mine to AN. Maybe AutoAtlanta, 944Online or similar can help if you reach out to them.

I've got a place here in my town that is oriented towards industrial and semi-truck clientele. I've gotten them to build several sets of power steering hoses, using fittings from the old lines, as well as fuel lines. All they need to know is the application (high-pressure fuel line, high temperatures - or whatever) and they can come up with the appropriate hose.

Then using the old hose as a model, they shape the new hose appropriately, pop off the old fittings and install them on the new hoses. Saved hundred of dollars on the power steering hoses.

I'll bet there's a place somewhere near you serving the same sort of clientele. It might not be OEM but I'll bet it'd work just fine.

I can't find place like this in whole Poland, Cohline Poland, Hansa Flex, Tubes International etc. don't offer this.

In Ireland tractor repair businesses are the go-to shops for this type of stuff. The farmers are blowing hydraulic hoses all the time. (Though I don't know if Poland has the same prevalence of agriculture or not....)

Unfortunately they sell junk, but I wrote to them to ask what refurbished in case of this part means, I'm afraid it means "inspection" ,

I can get used one any time and source the tips from it as well, I have my guy in Germany that has eveything. Recently I made 3 point harness conversion thanks to him. I bought everything from dealer apart from left plate and trunk carpets which I sourced used. The main issue is however finding sth like Cohline 3124.0800 in 6MM diameter or new OEM part.

Whats the obsession with new OEM parts versus something aftermarket or something like AN conversion, especially with fuel or water drainage lines that are never really seen? Alot of this stuff is NLA as you are finding out.

I also found this as a good resource for rebuilding fuel lines:

Well, I kinda sympathize with this level of OCD. When I did my clutch job, I cleaned/repainted things that no one will ever see unless they have to replace the clutch in the distant future.

Agreed. There's room for lots of different approaches to being a petrol-head. None of them get to be the "right" way.
