Default My 924s

So I have just gotten to the finishes stages of a full restoration of my 924s, I bought it with failed timing, cracked cylinder and lots of neglect and TINKERING. Countless items replaced, I originally bought this as a cheaper porsche hoping it would be quick fix (I'm 20). It was neither quick nor cheap. Its now been a yeah and half, I don't work on it a crazy amount, but I dedicate a sunday to it every week. Heres a bit of progress.

Not only a Bridgeport, it looks like he made his own engine stand!

What did you do to those cylinder walls? They look too shiny to me.

Hard top hanging? I got the interior headliner on top of the car and some other stuff just sitting there, I was pressing a bearing and it shot through the rear hatch if you see its open in one picture with broken glass lol, I got a new one I just have to put it on.

Let it idle and get up to temp today, it was nice. It did run a little lean or maybe the throttle needs to be tigthened. I've been talking to a guy designing a new ECU for these engines that doesnt reuse the old ecu. I installed this short shifter which feels amazing but for some reason the car is engaging slightly in neutral? Will probably try adjusting while it idles. Everything is looking good, I just ordered a polishing kit to polish the wheels.

Looks great! Love the headlights, what are those? And what are the 6 buttons/lights right in front of the shifter?

Regarding an ECU replacement... have you considered Microsquirt? Headed into my second MS conversion, though much more involved than yours as mine are 2.0L CIS 924s...

Hello, how many millimeters did you shave the cylinder head?
