Hey guys I wanted to get an idea what a non-Running 88 NA goes for now adays? Car had a balance shaft issue, belt and shaft damage. Timing belt still intact. Paint and interior probably a 4 and car is complete. Looking at buying for a track/street build so no concerned with current state. Mainly need a roller, probably doing an engine swap and full strip anyway.

How much are used 944 Spec racers going for? They already have the roll cage, steel brake lines, and have been gutted so you dont have to pay for the dumpster.

Thank you guys for the feedback. I know pricing has changed a lot since I got my first 944 (951) and even my second and third cars, lol. I felt like offering 1k was fair but I keep seeing NA 2.5's listed at 10-16k so questioned myself a bit. My first 951was 2.5k (2008), second 951 4.5k(2016) and my 944S was 2k (2019). Would like to do a 924 GTP or 944 GTR style build. Found a cheap 924 2.0 car and thought that maybe a fun route with microsquirt, injectors and custom turbo setup the engine. Sadly I know even though the engine can take it everything else under the sun will need to be changed so probably more trouble than starting a build with a 944.
