Default Strange engine noise at 3000 rpm only

I've always been curious about a funny sound my car has made. It gets worse the longer the cars been running, but once it's warm it makes a funny grinding/gurgling sound around 3000 rpm, and ONLY when the car is making a left or right turn and accelerating. If the car has been running a really long time, say, 45+ minutes then I will notice the same sound at 3000 rpm even when i'm not turning, but just anytime the engine reaches that speed. It's pretty muted, and only lasts for a second. When I do long trips and am crusing around that engine speed I hear it fairly often, and it seems like when I get on the gas that makes it happen more.

I figured it was probably a roller, but in July I had the rollers, timing belt, balance shaft belt, water pump and a few parts they normally do with that big service all replaced, and the sound still remains. Last summer I also did the motor mounts, and a new clutch the year before that. There is a little noise in the driveline while driving down the road, the notorious whirring when you lift off the gas, but I think it's dubious that that could be part of the problem. I've done about 9000 miles with the car since i've had it (making the sound all along) and no problems have arisen, so I just hope this isn't a huge problem that will need to be corrected soon, but maybe that's just wishful thinking. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

also try changing your trans lube.. when was that changed last? If you do change it make sure the fill plug comes out first before the drain..
