Slow windows when cold
I have a 1987 Porsche 924S. I have power windows. They move really slow when it gets cold outside. They are not exactly the fastest thing in the world when it is warm out either, but they do move faster in warmer weather. I have been told to lube the tracks and motor. But with what? Any ideas or direction anyone can provide would be appreciated.

Buy a can of silicone spray and just spray anywhere the touches the track. It'll make a mess and you'll have to clean your windows everytime you put them down for about a week. But once done your motor will not have to work as hard.
Eventually however you just may need to purchase a new motor if this one is dying on you, but try the silicone spray first. You can find it at just about any auto parts store, and maybe even some plastic surgeon offices (okay, bad joke!)
