I guess I'm just pissing everone here off.. an open public apology.
I have to come up with 7 grand in the next 90 day for back child support or I go to jail.
Isnt FINALLY getting back to work great!!
To Tifo- I dont kow what I said that pissed you off to such an extreme- but I apologize- I thought you were acting immature and I called you on it.
This is a PUBLIC forum and PRIVATE issues need to be resolved thusly.
To jyoon- I now have NO cash to put down on your car, which I found out today- again in court. I had a continuance from yesterday's debacle and met with the circuit court judge today.
I ALSO need to store mine for a while, as the cash I had plannned to use is gone- so I can't even fix mine now until next summer.
The PM's I received was less than considerate on both issues.
I give up.

Hey Chris, sorry about all your recent troubles. Just to let you know, you aren't pissing me off! Acctually, thanks for your help on that wireless question I asked you about a while back, my girlfriend's internet connection is working very well now.

Ouch, talk about a slap in the face. 7grand in 90 days or you go to jail? I would be going to jail, god knows I couldnt pull that off (then again im in High School...)
lol, sorry but I think its funny how some people get worked up over stuff online. Life is short, let if fly. Better to swallow your pride then escalate a situation. Good job on the apology, I admire people who take the first step out instead of hiding from it like a 6 year old.

Shoot - that is tough news. Like tossing someone in jail will make them more able to pay or catch up on the payments.
Once the court system gets involved in child support, it's all over. It's too bad you couldn't resolve it outside of court system. Does this impact your credit rating?
I went out on a date with a girl who worked in a department for child support enforcement in San Diego County. It's amazing the information they can find out about people.

You should park the car at a friend's house, take the plates off, and do a PNO (planned non-operation) I think that's what they call it in CA. It would be a shame to see it get impounded or something, and sold at auction for something ridiculously low just to satisfy the court.
