Pressurized the CrankCase Question HELP
well oil is coming up through the air oil separator. How is this possible? i would constantly get fluid in my catchcan when it was installed. now i deleted the catchcan and routed in back into the intake system and now i have tons of oil in my IC pipes and turbo? anyone have a idea what can be going on. The rings were done last year but the car has rarely ever been driven due to different problems?

update:
i think i found my poblem which is that the aos was drilled for the catchcan but since i am routing back into my intake the intake is sucking on the aos causeing lots of fluid coming up since the hole is bigger. so my next question is where can i buy a aos
these are the two part #'s i found but not sure which one it is

Why don't you add a restrictor along the pipe
close to the AOS. Yes I mentioned this once
that the AOS should not be drill if it was to be
connected back at the intake but someone
mentioned that it will not draw more oil but
common sense would dictate that it's a no no
cause we're running bigger turbos which is
sucking in much more air hence higher vacuum.
BTW aside from this, how's your car running
Daniel ?

Hmmm Daniel, looks like I have to go N.A pistons
as well. Thought about milling the head but you
can only shave about 2-2.5 mm & that does not
even get you to 9:1 CR. I'm not greedy for all out
power. What I want is really good get up & go &
since I'm running the GT25TO4S, it would be a
real pity not to capitalise on it.

ya i see no problem running that kind of compression. you can't run these high amounts like 26psi etc.. but you will be making more power at lower boost levels. Look at this dyno chart. i made over 300rwhp at 13psi which is uncommon.

Daniel: I would put the catchcan back on, also since the cathcan would coolect all the oil vapours in the intake, and you also drilled the AOS anways.......... you would be gaining a few ponies (talking 1 or 2, maybe a bit more??). Also, since th eair is coming in "cleaner" with the catchcan, the AFR would be better, in a sense of control.
Once i get a wideband, i would show the difference of before and after AFR with and without the catchcan all datalogged.
PS: When would you be posting the links for the video(s)?

Like j-chen said, just add in a reducer to get it back to the factory size. You said previously that you have access to a machine shop, Correct? Have them make you a stepped delrin bushing that just lightly presses into your larger opening. That way you won't have to pull the turbo to replace the AOS either.
