Oh, there's a way-back... still have the Turbo, but the dog's long gone...
Turbo needs another visit to the dyno - new motor which is fighting break-in, and a fresh, upgraded turbo rebuild too, billet wheel... still need to get around to installing the intercooler though - too many racecar builds in the way...

Dan, do you still have your car? I'd love to see how many people from those days still have the car. I know mine are all long gone.

from pages 480 to 600 of this forum.... you, Elliot, Travis, Josh B.....
i was looking for an old debate thread classic (think it's on the 944T forum)
of Turbo vs Supercharge vs go V8.
ruffle feathers?
I got the ICBM's (whole lotta topics from pgs 480~600) in the bullpen, ready to fly.

KAS, we've missed ya! I daily drive an 88 944 celebration edition NA beater. I bought it for my daughter but she never embraced the clutch. My work commute is less than 5 miles so it's just fine. I still have the Turbo albeit engine out, probably the safest place for the appreciating asset. Soon.... I'm very pleased the Fest continues on, I did 2001-2007 or something like that, Travis Rennbay gets credit for taking it out of Ohio and keeping the brand alive for the recent dozen years and no plan to stop. Since Nelsons has reinvested and the NOR PCA is going strong, (Thanks Mike and crew, Brad, etc) I bet the 944fest has 10+ years to go. Thanks Trav! (Better you than me!!!) Love ya Tif, glad some things never change. If the one time we met I was driving a Mini I probably should apologize.
