Did you bench test the relay? Also try to jiggle the speed/reference sensors. The two reference sensors and the fuel pump relay have all treated me to no-start issues.

IIRC, you JB Welded the ref sensor block back in place, due to a stuck bolt. I'd start looking there.

Steve, sorry to see you are at this point with the car. My time has been very limited lately and I am heading to 944Fest in th emorning. I wil drop you a line when I get back in town (a week from Sunday) and maybe we can hook up and see where you are at.
