Default cash and a vette for my firebird

someone just offered me cash and a low mileage 82 vette. another offered a low mileage trophy winning el camino, and another offered a custom harley.

all are tempting. but if it was a late 90s 3 series convertible 5spd, sport pkg.... or a mint carrera or early 90s 911 i would consider a trade, and sell the 944.

Tom, i cannot imagine you on a Harley. Especially wearing leather pants and vest. Maybe with a viking helmet on also.

I thought it was. I love the color and everything of your car. How much are you wanting for it?

I know its dumb me asking because you are going to want a lot more than i want to pay.

You don't want an 82 vette. 75 or earlier, or 85 or later. 76 - 84 were crapola.

What's the URL for your ebay auction?

Imagining Tom in a set of leather pants, vest and a viking helmet is not hard at all. Matter of fact I'm sure other's who know Tom better will agree... but the bike, yeah that's another thing

Make that 72 or earlier, metal bumpers at both ends. OTOH I agree that the El Camino would be the best "investment," if it weren't for the fact that cars a crappy investments. Neither one sounds like a good alternative to The Firebird OR the S2. I might have missed something, Are you downsizing the fleet or just looking for a change of pace?

So, How long did it take Jill to stop laughing after you mentioned the Harley?

I'd be willing to bet that Tom had a pair of leather pants at some point, vest and hat are optional.

Kahn "ElCamino, it not just a caaa, it a way of life"
