We are in bad need of 2 good 2.7L injectors. The bosch number is 0280150824. The seals on two are shot. George B sent us some injectors, but they are not the correct ones.

I have the car at the shop until friday, when I will take it to paint.

The steering wheel idea would be awesome! Thanks Paul!

Scott, I have 2.7L headgaskets, standard and for resurfaced heads whichever we need.

I can start by re-covering that steering wheel that was offered

Paul,
That would be awesome! I will see if I can arrange to get that steering wheel to you. I believe we have the shift ****/boot taken care of. Thanks!! Look for a PM shortly.

It is starting to sound like Candy and I need to begin planning a 10,000 mile drive around the country in the '89 sometime in 2007 so everyone involved in this project at ANY level has a chance to see the car and we have a chance to thank you personally.

You may want to see the finished product before you go scheduling any road trips. We'll have to see how it turns out.

The interior crew still needs the plastic "cubby" (sorry, I have pre-schoolers) that goes beneath the radio. I think we have everything else coming that we need. Engine crew?? Exterior crew?? Post your replies now!

We should find a 968 cubby and clock instead

As I dont have a lot of spare parts (apartment, no garage) I still wish to contribute to a worthy cause.

My time is also extremely limited due to the extensive amount of travel I'm currently doing for work.
Scott, et al- is there anything someone in my position can do to help? Perhaps something logistical?
Parts mule?

*I'll be in Houston (Orange TX- Sabine River Works) this week.. Then Louisville KY for 2 weeks, separated by a trip to Illinois over christmas, then 1st week of Jan back to Denver again..

Default Parts on the way !

Ok, Candy just took the box to the Post Office with the speaker bracket, "cubby", and a bolt that I think is for the starter. Hopefully it will be there by this weekend.
I still cannot find the SS fuel lines ....... 8^{

Sa-weeettt!! Paul, I'll send you a PM today. Glad you got the wheel ok! Although I had no doubt.

Karl, would a 968 clock and cubby be the way to go? I just don't know if the original clock works yet or not.

Joe, I'll let you know. Jim is sending the original, so we'll see if this stuff works first.

We picked up the car from the body shop today. It looks sweet!!! The color is growing on us. I wouldn't be suprised if someone gets a Bamboo Metallic in the future!

Thanks all!!!
