let the car heat up a little then try again. be VERY careful as the exhaust will be hot.
or if you can try to tap the o2 sensor with small hammer lightly, or use a cheater bar.
Im not sure which direction the o2sensor on your car is faced, but if faced in the right direction its possible to use a jack to push/turn your wrench.
Another trick that might work if all else fails and there isnt much sitting around.. start the car then when warm turn it off take a can of compressed air turn it upsidedown and spray the o2sensor till it gets nice and frosty, then start the car up again let it heat up this should wake up the threads.

PB Blaster and a good tool worked for me, w/o heat. Not to be insulting, but since you're upside down and turned all around, make sure you're turning it the right way.

Three Wheelin'
torch it cherry and then spray it down with your favorite penetrating oil and take it out with the proper sized wrench or if you've already messed that up use a pipe wrench.

wow... I had the same exact problems a month ago.
What I did to get the most leverage was route long exstensions up through the engine bay and use a reasonablr size ratche and just TURN. I had to use A LOT of PB Blaster and go back and forth to get it out. I was replacing mine so i cut the wires off and removed the "cap" thing on top so a socket could get over it. I am sorry ut I cannot remmember the size. i did trial and error under the car by putting a long socket on and turning by hand to see which one fit best.
An elaborate setup but it worked.
Just my experience and .2cents

They make a socket for O2 sensors.
It's nice, it has a cut so it fits over the wire, plus you can attach an extension so the wrench is under the exhaust. So you can use a breaker bar.
