Default My P-9201 belt tensioning gauge for sale.

Hello,

I just put my P-9201 up for sale on ebay. I only used it three times. I never dropped it. It comes with the calibration bar in the original packaging.

Thanks,

Tabor

Surely that's a joke. Retail IIRC is $450 and another $50-100 for the calibration piece.

$600+ if in stock. Otherwise, wait 4 weeks while the retailer scrounges one up from Germany.

lol I should have just bought the tensioning tool. Since last year for various reasons I had to take the timing belt off several times and so far I've had it tensioned 3 times by a shop which equals 300 bucks.....

it'll save you money in the long run and it's more convenient doing it at home.

next week i have to drop the car off overnight (to cool down) and then bus home as it's my only car right now.

Aw c'mon, of course it was a joke. Give the guy a break.

Again -- why are you selling? Decided it was better to spend more money on allowing other people to tension the belt than save money and do it yourself?

Because I am selling my 944 , and I don't plan to have another one in the future.

FWIW, I paid $500 for it new, 8 years ago. I hear they are up to $600 now.

by the way, V2, I wasn't trying to make you look foolish- I was just taken aback at the post. I took it at face value since you are just a kid. Wow- now I sound really old.
