Default clutch slipping after a tranny rebuild?

I picked my car up last week from having my transmission rebuilt and the first thing I noticed is that my clutch is starting to slip once I get on boost. Is there anything tranny related that could cause this?

I had no clutch issues before and am making ~275 rwhp. The clutch is stock with a 930 disk and ~12k miles on it.

The mecanic said that since the tranny is an LSD and freshly rebuilt it's not letting the wheels spin and causing the clutch to spin instead. Is it possible that the LSD unit in there spinning?

Any ideas?
