Looks like the stock front bumper with the bumperettes removed, you can still see the mounting holes. Weld up the holes and then repaint it and it looks real nice.

Yup, GT-Racing. A friend had one til he hit a hole. The Front Lip got snagged on the road, and it shattered into a ton of pieces. He now has a Fiberwerks bumper.
