I sent him a message, the issue is actually with NADA though. They give you a chance to tick the 'Slant Nose' option, which almost doubles the value. You have to click on consumer, then the classic tab, Porsche, year, model, then you see the page for 'Slant Nose'.

I tried a direct link, but NADA kicks you back to the home page.

in other news, i swung by my local independent dealer the other day to see the genuine slantnose he had just picked up. he said it was the first one he'd had since the 80's. same 930 engine but one hell of an option. i think the slantnose package was around 30k, give or take a few grand. then again, that's an actual slantnose, though
